In-stock items are dispatched via USPS. Although most items are held in stock, if your order is subject to a stock shortage, there may be a delay of up to 5 business days before we ship your order. If you wish to change your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has already been shipped, you will need to place an additional order for any items you missed. See our returns policy if your order has been shipped and an item is no longer required.

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not been shipped, we will cancel your order straight away and process a refund. If your order has already been shipped, you will need to return your order to us and we will process a refund when it arrives.
When will I receive my email@example.com
Refunds are processed when the items to be refunded are returned to us. If your order has not been shipped, we will process your refund within one business day. Please note that it can take some time for your refund to show on your balance. If you paid by credit or debit card, this process usually takes 2-5 business days depending on your banks policies. If you paid by PayPal, you will receive your refund as soon as it is processed.
