Shipping

Orders to the United States are shipped via USPS. Orders to the United Kingdom are shipped via DPD or Hermes. The shipping company for other destinations may vary, but typically we use DPD, UPS and FedEx. 

Please note: whilst we keep substantial stocks of most items, immediate shipping is only available when your items are in stock. Out of stock items are usually replenished within a couple of days. If an extended delay is anticipated, we will contact you.

Customers in the United Kingdom and Europe can order from this store, however we also have a dedicated UK store and European store that take payment in your local currency.

Please note: We do not currently ship to Russia, Belarus, Turkey, India, Argentina or Brazil.

Returns

Easy, hassle-free returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you'd like to return an item, simply package it carefully and send it back to us with your order number:

Returned items must be unused and in a resaleable condition. Regrettably, we cannot be held liable for return delivery costs, or any losses in transit.

Chargebacks Policy

Please read before purchasing from our store.

Any person or business that initiates a chargeback or PayPal dispute or claim against any payment made via this website will be permanently blacklisted, and future orders will be refused. There are no exceptions. Before you initiate a chargeback or open a PayPal dispute, be aware of the following:
  • All future orders will be refused
  • Any marketing services may be refused or cancelled
  • You will be unable to attend our online or in-person conferences
  • Any membership of PMU Mentor or SMP Insiders will be revoked
  • You will be removed and/or blocked from all our Facebook groups
